Dr. Azhar Imran is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at the Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), China, with over 13 years of experience specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning, with a focus on healthcare, medical imaging, and cybersecurity. A prolific researcher, he has authored over 85 peer-reviewed publications, accumulating more than 4,000 citations and an h-index of 32, with ScholarGPS ranking him among the Top 1% Scientists globally. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a recipient of the Marconi Young Scholar Award, the BJUT Best Researcher Award (2018–2020), the Excellent International Students Award from China's Ministry of Education, and the Pakistan Embassy Honored Award in Beijing. Dr. Azhar serves on the editorial boards of IEEE Transactions on Technology and Society, PLOS ONE, and Springer Human-Centric Intelligent Systems, and is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences on computational intelligence and healthcare. Dr.Hui LI received Ph.D. from College of Automation, Harbin Engineering University, China, in 2013. He is a Full Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor with the School of Computer and Information Engineering, Harbin University of Commerce, and is elected into the High Level Talents of Heilongjiang Province. He is awarded by the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province. He is the member of the Leading Talent Team of Electronic Commerce, the member of Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Electronic Commerce and Information Processing, the member of the Excellent Youth Science and Technology Talent Pool of Heilongjiang Association for Science and Technology, and the review expert of The Ministry of education degree. He is also the Director of the Decision Science Branch for ORSC, the member of Quantum Computing Committee for CCF, the member of Artificial Intelligence & Pattern Recognition Committee for CCF, and the member of Intelligent Robot for CCF. He is the Director of Heilongjiang Software Society, the Heilongjiang Power Source Society. He focuses on the application of quantum computing and information processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, intelligent control and decision making. He has published with the identity of first author and corresponding author more than 40 papers indexed by SCI/EI in journals such as “IEEE Access”, “Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing”, “International Journal of Advanced Computer Science and Applications”, etc. He held several research projects, such as the Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province of China, University Nursing Program for Young Scholars with Creative Talents in Heilongjiang Province, etc., and held 10 China Inventive Patents as the first inventor.
