Dr.Yinong Chen,Arizona State University,USA

Yinong Chen received his Ph.D. from the University of Karlsruhe (KIT), Germany, in 1993. He conducted postdoctoral research at KIT in 1993 and at the LAAS-CNRS (Laboratory of Architecture and Analysis of Systems - French National Scientific Research Organization), France in 1994. From 1994 to 2000, he was with the Wits University at Johannesburg, South Africa. He was the funding director for the Highly Dependable System Research Program at the university and a C rated research fellow at South African National Science Foundation. Dr. Chen joined Arizona State University in 2001 and is a principal lecturer in Computer Science, a Ph.D. student advisor in Computer Engineering, the director of the Internet of Things and Robotics Education Laboratory, and an honors faculty in the Barrett Honors College of the university. Dr. Chen is the Editor in Chief of Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Technology (JAIT) since March 2020, an associate editor of the Elsevier Journal: Simulation Modeling Practice and Theory, since Jan 2006, an associate editor of the International Journal of Simulation and Process Modelling (IJSPM) since Jan 2004, an associate editor of CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology since Jan 2016, and an editorial board member of the Journal of Systems & Software (JSS) since Jan 2004. Dr. Chen’s primary research interests are in service-oriented computing, cloud computing, Robot as a Service, Internet of Things, and computer science education. He (co-) authored ten books and over 200 technical papers in these areas, including the textbooks 《Service-Oriented Computing and Web Software Integration》 8th edition 2021, 《Introduction to Programming Language》 6th edition, 2019 published in the U.S., and《面向服务的计算和Web数据管理—从原理到开发》2013, 《计算机科学与工程导论: 基于IoT和机器人的可视化编程实践方法》, 第二版, 2017, and 《浅谈深析面向服务的软件工程》2008.


Dr.XU Yang, Peking University

Prof. Yang XU received his Ph.D. from Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France) in 2010. Since 2011, he has joined Peking University and is now deputy dean of Department of Information Management, Peking University. He is visiting professor in Tsukuba University, Université Toulouse III, University of Buenos Aires, University of Edinburgh, National Taiwan University, etc. He published over 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers and many of them are published in outstanding SCI/SSCI index journals such as Computers & Industrial Engineering, Knowledge-Based Systems, Expert Systems, International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Knowledge Organization, CIRP Annals. He is in charge of several national-level scientific projects and participate in several international academic cooperation. His research interests include industrial engineering, information systems, knowledge management and digital economics, especially in mass customization modeling, optimization and applications.


Dr. Xiaoyang Liu, Chongqing University of Technology

Pro.dr. Xiaoyang Liu is a full professor of Computer Science at the Chongqing University of Technology. He is a high-level innovative talent of Elite Plan of Banan District.He received Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He has completed his first Post-doctoral fellow in Chongqing University, China. Then he completed his second Post-doctoral fellow in department of electrical of computer engineering, The University of Alabama, USA. He is a senior member of CCF,and a member of IEEE and ACM. His main research interests are in the areas of social network, information diffusion, complex network, data mining, computer application. He is a reviewer of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Computer Networks and other authoritative journals. He has presided research on more than 50 national and provincial projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation, Science and Technology projects of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Education. In Expert Systems with Applications, IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, Nonlinear Dynamics, Physica A, Applied Intelligence and other important journals and conferences at home and abroad more than 100 academic papers (SCI included); more than 30 national invention patents have been authorized. He has published 4 academic monographs.
